Fee Schedule

Appraisals are $165 per hour. This includes on site examination of property, plus
research and preparation of report. For every hour on site it usually takes approximately two hours to do the necessary research and prepare the report. Time varies according to complexity of material. Consulting fees are also $165 per hour. If it becomes necessary to appear in court as an expert witness, the fee is $200 an hour.

There will be a pro rated fee plus expenses for travel time over an hour. Ona Curran is located in upstate New York close to Albany, Schenectady and Troy and about an hour from Kingston, NY and Bennington, VT.

Appraising a good collection is a pleasure and traveling over an hour is not a problem.
